About me

I'm Warley Ribeiro, born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

I'm a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering and graduated under the supervision of Professor Kazuya Yoshida, head of the Space Robotics Laboratory at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. My research focus is on robotic mobility in microgravity environments, such as space stations or small celestial bodies (asteroids, comets). More specifically, motion planning and control of climbing-legged robots to mitigate flotation risk in microgravity. If you want to know more about my research, please check my Research Projects and Publications pages.
